Principles for Selection of Leading Health Indicators
- Select one or more leading health indicators for all topic areas (except for Division 6 infrastructure tasks)
- Select based on available “outcome indicators” depending on the nature of the mid- to long-term plan, but include process indicators according to the characteristics of topic areas
- Continuously maintain 15 topic areas and 19 leading health indicators of the fourth plan
* However, some of the indicator names were changed to suit environmental changes and international health policy trends
