Principles for Selection of Leading Health Indicators
  • Select one or more leading health indicators for all topic areas (except for Division 6 infrastructure tasks)
  • Select based on available “outcome indicators” depending on the nature of the mid- to long-term plan,but include process indicators according to the characteristics of topic areas
  • Continuously maintain 15 topic areas and 19 leading health indicators of the fourth plan

    * However, some of the indicator names were changed to suit environmental changes and international health policy trends
